Business coaching services are offered in individual and group formats and delivered by telephone to business owners and their managers. Building a business that works and offers a balanced quality of life takes time and commitment. Embracing a strategic perspective will shift your focus from working day-to-day to seeing your business from a different angle and building the missing pieces that will lead to your success. In order to do this, an annual commitment is recommended.

• Biweekly Meetings by telephone @  up to 1.5 hrs. per meeting

Coaching for Managers

Coaching services for managers and work teams are customized to the work environment regarding focus, number of participants, frequency and discounted fees. Coaching Programs for Managers are most effective when delivered to companies whose owner is already engaged in a business coaching relationship with Intentional Leaders. We recommend coaching for managers for six to eight months duration or longer depending on participants’ pace and needs.
