How It Works

The Executive Retreat package includes pre-event planning, on-site coordination, facilitated program delivery by one or more Intentional Leaders program facilitators, and post-event follow-up. Venue and travel arrangements and costs are not included.

Pre-Planning
The first step is a consultation with an Intentional Leaders coach to pinpoint the goals of your offsite retreat, the results you wish to achieve and venue where the retreat will take place. Next we work together to design and build an experiential program that will meet your organization’s goals.  Executive Retreats can be designed to focus solely on interactive team building or in combination with experiential activities that address specified organizational needs.

If you need assistance selecting a venue in Sonoma County for your Executive Retreat, we provide excellent venue referrals. We work with you and your venue contact to coordinate the program logistics for your retreat.

Event Facilitation
Intentional Leaders provides a Executive Retreat Facilitator or Facilitation Team at the retreat venue to deliver the retreat program.

Post Event Follow-Up
We follow up each event with a one hour retreat review to reinforce key takeaways and insights. We also share tips for sustaining retreat benefits and discuss ways to continually reinforce the lessons learned in your day-to-day business operations. We also welcome your feedback on the retreat's impact on your people.
