Here’s How It Works

EvaluSys Business Evaluation™ is a convenient and effective way to “jump-start” the journey toward greater business success. You’ll be sent a link to access the small business assessment online tool. After login, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your business. The questions are organized into chapters, each focused on a specific area of your business. You will start with the Executive Leadership, Business Planning, Management/Supervision and Marketing chapters.  These chapters address the foundation needed for a healthy business.  You will also have the opportunity to complete other relevant chapters as appropriate to your needs, including Financial & Planning Control, Human Resources, Sales and Business Process Quality.

Once you complete the online questions, you’ll be able to view your customized small business assessment results with an Intentional Leaders Coach. You’ll see a list of key opportunities for improvements related to your responses for each area. You’ll also be able to view a detailed description, including the potential benefits and outcomes for each key opportunity.

Intentional Leaders Offers Two Small Business Assessment Options

To help you understand your evaluation results, you have the option of a two hour review session by phone with an Intentional Leaders Coach to walk you through your small business assessment results and help you prioritize opportunities and make a plan for action. The two hour phone session will include key themes in the evaluation results and focus in on one key area of your choice.
