I. Success Coaching Candidates

Who is it for? - There are two coaching roles available.

1. Success Coach: Delivers Phases 1-3 of the Success Coaching Program

  • Possesses experience working with business owner clients.
  • Ability to engage with clients and move them forward toward the fulfillment of their life and business vision.
  • Has gone through coaching training, either-on-the-job or through certification program.

2. Business Launch Coach: Delivers Phase 4 of  the Success Coaching Program

  • Possesses experience with business start-up or launch and in-depth business topics including but not limited to investor ready business plans, funding, pricing strategy, marketing plan, competitive analysis, business identity, organizational structure.
  • Expert at establishing relationships and keeping a relationship on track.
  • The Business Launch Coach can also function as a Success Coach.

We are looking for Success Coaches and Business Launch Coaches who have a commitment to well being and the ability to cultivate an attitude of abundance through the program offerings.

What is the opportunity for the Client? - A combination of individual and group coaching sessions designed to guide the member through a life transition process with focus on their well being and next career/business opportunity

Success Coaches will:

Open pathways for generating New Directions for clients.

Establish a networking opportunity/platform for local communities that offer an incremental pathway to new income earning opportunities for clients.

Create an open source environment that invites collaboration from the   community to maximize the knowledge base, impact, and referral potential of the Success Coaching offering.

Success Coaches will:

Position the coaching opportunity in the self-interest of the member.

Offer a safe environment to talk about transition.

Offer a sense of community to the client.

Facilitate the development of self-focus.

Offer feed-back on ideas for next chapter of life.

Take the client through Phases 1 - 3 of the Success Coaching Program

Help the client transition to a Business Launch Coach* for Phase 4 of the Program.

*Business Launch Coach and Success Coach may be the same person if qualified.

 

II. Success Coaching Package

The Success Coaching Program offers both a business solution and marketing assistance. The Program is a complete coaching package with content, structure and delivery guidelines providing a clear track for the coach to establish and maintain long term client engagements.

Marketing Strategy

We provide assistance to the community in the development of a business marketing solution for Success Coaches through social networking and referral based marketing.

We generate referrals for our coaches by describing the coaching program and offering it for sale on the Intentional Leaders website.

We offer a listing of coaches on the Intentional Leaders website with links to access Coaches.

We offer implementation guidance through a series of automated teleconferences in the first year and then a minimum of 2 automated teleconferences annually to support program delivery, marketing development and to address FAQs.

Detailed Description of the Client

Transitioning from the familiar employee role to the cultivation of independent thinking that is inherent in the business owner mentality. This shift to a leadership role and the self confidence gained from Success Coaching is crucial for clients who wish to become entrepreneurs (i.e. - business owners or business investors).

Client Engagement Strategy

In the course of their job or in seeking professional advice, they are in the habit of deferring to their manager or supervisor. When clients are faced with a career transition due to downsizing or burnout, they may find themselves without the confidence to make that change. The coach's role is to assist the clients in transitioning from their usual practice of deferring to authority into a leadership role that will allow them to make good decisions about their next steps.

Relationship between the Success Coach and the Business Launch Coach

Full implementation of the Success Coaching Program requires a subject matter expert to deliver the Business Launch Phase of the program. This alliance with the Business Launch Coach will be created by the Success Coach prior to program implementation. In some cases the Business Launch Coach and the Success Coach will be the same person, if qualified.

 

III. Meeting Frequency Guidelines

Phase 1 - Individual Coaching

Four 1-on-1 meetings (weekly)

Phase 2 - Group Coaching

Frequency of meetings (based on the intensity/energy/desired pace of the group)

The group coaching model can include group meetings without the coach as a cost effective way for clients to move forward with more frequency with each others support.

Group Coaching Option 1: BASIC TRACK: Weekly Meetings

Coach attends all meetings for first month. Then group continues to meet weekly and coach attends weekly or every other week

Group Coaching Option 2: FAST TRACK: Meetings - Twice a Week

Coach attends first 4 meetings (over 2 weeks). Then group continues to meet twice a week and coach attends once a week

Phase 3 - Group or Individual Coaching

The Coach sets the meeting frequency.

Phase 4 - To be determined by Business Launch Coach

 

IV. Pricing Guidelines

Phase 1 - Individual Coaching

  • Introductory Meeting  - $30  or complimentary
  • Meetings 2, 3 & 4 -   $60 - $80

Phases 2 & 3 - Coaching

  • Group Coaching  - An average of $20 - $30  per participant
  • Individual Meetings - $75 - $95/hr.

Phase 4 - To be determined by Business Launch Coach

These pricing guidelines are built around our experience with the target market and our understanding of their demographic and psychographic profiles.

Group Coaching is a more cost effective solution for the Coach as it creates more income potential per meeting for a lower cost per participant, making it a win-win situation.

 

V. Program Cost

Coaching Package Cost (Introductory Offer) - $125

  • The cost of the Intentional Leaders Success Coaching Program Package includes program content & structure, sample approaches, coaching guidelines and the first year of assistance with program delivery and marketing strategy.

Website Participation Cost (Free 1st year)

  • Listing on the Intentional Leaders website, continued guidance and networking with the Success Coaching community - free for the first year and renewable at $50 annually.
