Each aspect of the LEAD framework contains leadership qualities. LEAD participants have the opportunity to identify the leadership qualities within themselves and create their own leadership profile based on their personal style.

The next step is to establish pathways through which they can contribute as leaders to the fulfillment of the company/department/team vision. The vision is the foundation for leadership. When the vision has been clearly established, employees have the opportunity to create action plans to achieve the vision. By working collaboratively toward the fulfillment of a common vision, all participants have the opportunity to be leaders throughout the process.
