At Resonance, skilled coaches offer a setting where you can expand your self-awareness through the presentation of new ideas and concepts that will support your effectiveness as a leader. Through a variety of experiential and interactive learning activities, you will participate with your peers and horses in a groundbreaking, unique event that will reveal and expand your potential as an Intentional Leader. During the course of the experience, you will learn how to pinpoint what you want with focus and clarity; incrementally closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Intentional Leadership is based, in part, on the non-verbal communication concept of Vibrational Awareness . The essence of Vibrational Awareness is a deep connection with one's own inner rhythms, your core vision or intentions and the resultant affect on those around you. Horses are excellent facilitators of this process due to their nature as herd animals, their size in contrast to humans and what their responses, to each other and to you, can reveal.

The way horses live is based on a deep understanding and awareness of how one fills their space.  Intention carries energy as tangible to a horse as physical touch is to a human.  When working with horses, you can reestablish and affirm your power of intention. You will not be riding the horses, rather communicating with them in such a way that your own awareness blossoms.
