Why Horses?
Research has shown that horses influence the electromagnetic heart field of humans, which influences the nervous system and can help humans shift to a state of coherence/peak performance.
Horses model effective leadership and teamwork, encouraging a distributive leadership model that engages everyone.
Horses recognize leadership — both in other horses and in people. With horses, you immediately know where you stand as a leader.
How it Works
Participants in retreats and private sessions engage directly with horses on the ground. There is no riding. Business participants practice expressing strong and inviting leadership that attracts the interest of a horse at liberty (free of equipment) through a variety of exercises that include:
• Facilitated learning activities
• Group discussions
• Session debriefings
Logistics
Individual participants engage with the horses to reach coherence and find calm.
Retreats and private sessions are customized to meet your needs and take place at a beautiful, private ranch in Santa Cruz County, California (1.5 hours south of San Francisco).
Due to the experiential nature, retreats are ideally suited for 6-10 participants.
Packages are available for private sessions.
