A Message from Executive Coach and Founder Janice Drescher
I have worked with business owners for more than 20 years. I’m always inspired to see the potential for success within reach of my clients when they put their attention on their vision for their life and business. Each of my client relationships begins here, with an exploration of their life purpose. I love to bring the opportunity to clarify their deepest wishes for life, as it creates a solid foundation for building a strong business. I am passionate about business executive coaching because it is a vehicle to help my business owner clients find their own clarity and passion which opens the door to their dreams. My approach is a collaborative one. All services are focused on putting the missing pieces in place that establish the foundation for business success. This includes a shift in perspective that invites clarity and focus on what matters most. The result of this kind of focus is a business fueled by passion that unfolds in sync with the business vision; a model of leadership based on “allowing vs. controlling”. I call it Intentional Leadership and it’s all about well being, ease and the opportunity to be in alignment with that passion. Throughout my career, I’ve done a lot of leadership development with business owners. I’ve explored many ways to convey leadership concepts. What I know about leadership is that it’s an inside job. True leaders have a passion and authenticity about them that is magnetic and so we are typically drawn to a leader. Well being of the whole can only happen if the well being of the leader is intact. If the leader takes his eyes off his/her own well being, then the “whole” (i.e. the company) will move out of alignment as well. So it is in the best interest of the leader to make sure that his/her well being is in place every step of the way to the fulfillment of the company vision. I’d love to hear from you. I welcome you to call me to speak about your dreams and how to begin to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in your business and your life. Janice Drescher

About Christine Cole
Equine Expansion Coach and Facilitator of Resonance Leadership Events with Horses
For over 50 years Christine Cole has lived with horses. As an Equine Expansion Coach she demonstrates through interaction with horses, how to get more out of every moment of life. Christine has more memories of time spent as a child amongst the legs of horses than humans. She knew from any early age that all life was connected and attributes much of this to her experience among horses who were willing to share their space with her and consistently demonstrate the simple pleasures of living. Horses have been at the foundation of every Life Lesson she had.
When she first began coaching in 1972, Christine wanted to find a way to explain to her students that there was a current that ran beneath all the hoopla, a current that was fundamental to every relationship, human to human or human to non-human. Thus began her journey into the skill of discovering core intention. Her coaching is about individual empowerment to create a living experience that is joyous.
As her coaching evolved, it embraced the knowing that understanding non-verbal communication at the emotional or energetic level with horses makes us more aware of opportunities in our own lives, giving us access to true inspiration and Spacious Intimacy within our lives.
